Below are the most commonly asked questions. We'd be happy to answer any other questions that you may have. Please feel free to phone or contact us by e-mail.

Question: Are these puppets washable?
Answer: They prefer to be spot washed or very gently hand washed and hung to dry. Machine washing is not recommended. To dry, we recommend hanging them in a well ventilated area. Do not place in a dryer unless you use a very low temperature setting. Brush the long hair style after washing or anytime when they look a little scruffy.

Question: Are these puppets safe for young children?
Answer: These puppets are recommended for children 4 yrs. and up. Although we use safety eyes and noses which are rivited through the fabric, there is a remote chance that they could be pulled off and become a choking hazard. Adult supervision is required especially around infants and very young children. For more, refer to our Safety Notes page

Question: Do you ship worldwide?
Answer: Yes. We have flat rate, worldwide shipping costs which are added when you complete your order. For more information refer to our Shipping and Handling page

Question: Do you have different sizes?
Answer: We have two sizes. Adult and Child size. Depending on the size of the person we have found that the small typically fits children aged 4 - 10 years old. The large puppet is best for older children and adults. Should you require more detailed measurements please contact us.

Question: Do you take custom orders?
Answer: We will try and customize your puppet by allowing you to choose style and color of eyes and eyebrows and length of arms and legs. Send us your ideas and we will let you know if we can accommodate your request. Unfortunately we do not make custom designs ( ie. Bunnies dogs, cats, bears etc. )

Question: How do the arms and legs stay wrapped around you ?
Answer: The ends of the arms and legs have a Velcro patch that joins them together.
