processed through Paypal for payment. It is a safe and secure site. If

All orders are filled on a "first come first served" basis. In the unlikely event that we are sold out of a particular puppet that you have ordered we will contact you. We will do our best to fill your order in our next production run or you will have the option of either choosing another colour or receiving a refund.
In the event that a fabric is discontinued for a particular puppet that you have ordered we will contact you. You will have the option of either choosing another colour or receiving a refund.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling costs are in addition to the cost of the puppets and will be shown when you review your Paypal "shopping cart". Costs are: $12.00 for purchases under $50.00
$15.00 for all purchases over $50.00
Note: If you live in the Nanaimo area or if you will be visiting you may pick up your puppet or we will deliver it to you. We will then refund your shipping and handling cost. Please notify us by e-mail if you wish to take advantage of this.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please return the product in original condition within seven days of receiving the product. Please enclose a copy of the receipt. Buyer must pay for return shipping costs. Upon receiving returned product a refund for the cost of the puppet including any applicable taxes will be issued.
Any special or custom orders are not refundable.
Exchange Policy
If for any reason you wish to exchange a puppet for another of equal value, please contact us to choose an alternate puppet. You will then be required to return the product in original condition within seven days of receiving the product. Please enclose a copy of the receipt. Buyer must pay for return shipping costs. Upon receiving returned product the alternate puppet will be shipped C.O.D.
Any special or custom orders may not be exchanged.
Liability
By purchasing our product you agree that Give a Little Giggle, it's Employees and it's Owners will not be held liable for any injury, death or damage that may occur from the use of our products.
