Question: Are these puppets washable?
Answer: They prefer to be spot washed or very gently hand washed and hung to dry. They can also be machine washed on a gentle cycle. They should be placed in a laundry bag or pillow case to prevent the eyes from banging on the drum and then leaving them in the laundry bag, they can be placed in the dryer at a low temperature. After drying, the Long Hair style can be brushed.
Question: Are these puppets safe for young children?
Answer: These puppets are recommended for children 4 yrs. and up. Due to the fact that they have small parts that could be pulled off and become a choking hazard, adult supervision is required.
Question: Do you ship worldwide?
Answer: Yes. Shipping costs are added when you complete your order.
Question: Do you have different sizes?
Answer: We have two sizes. Adult and Child size. Depending on the size of the person we have found that the small typically fits children aged 5 - 10 years old. The large puppet is best for older children and adults. Should you require more detailed measurements please contact us.
Question: Do you take custom orders?
Answer: We will try and customize your puppet by allowing you to choose style and colour of eyes and eyebrows and length of arms and legs. Send us your ideas and we will let you know if we can accomodate your request. Unfortunatly we do not make custom designs ( ie. Bunnies dogs, cats, bears etc. )
Question: How do the arms and legs stay wrapped around you ?
Answer: The ends of the arms and legs have a Velcro patch that joins them together.
